Delivery Policy

The order is delivered to the CUSTOMER at the warehouse, located at the authorized sales points in the different provinces.

The delivery period is 72 hours and begins to count from the sending of the confirmation and approval email of the order, according to the delivery locations defined for each product, which will be duly detailed in the invoice issued to the CLIENT.

The information provided by the CLIENT in their order must include the personal details of the recipient receiving it: phone number and email; otherwise, the order may be held until the CLIENT corrects the information.

“ATABEY VIAJES” reserves the right to cancel orders with insufficient information without the right to a refund. 

THE CUSTOMER or recipient of the order, as applicable, must check the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery.

The recipient of the order will receive the shipment within the established timeframe, according to the location defined after the confirmation and approval of the purchase, with the signature of the corresponding delivery receipt. The recipient of the order must review it in its entirety before signing the delivery record. 

Mandatory Procedure  In Case Of Missing Or Damaged Product

The CLIENT or, if applicable, the recipient of the order must notify the absence or degradation of the product at the time of delivery.

“ATABEY VIAJES”-Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the CUSTOMER or the recipient of the order and proceed with any necessary verifications for the case.

“ATABEY VIAJES” recommends that the CUSTOMER check that they have received their entire order at the time of delivery.

In case of disagreement, you must reject the delivery and notify the distributor immediately.

The CLIENT or, if applicable, the recipient of the order must notify the absence or degradation of the product to ayuda@atabeyviajes.com.

“ATABEY VIAJES” - Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the CUSTOMER or the recipient of the order and proceed with any necessary verifications for the case.
